What we expect from everyone on Reaxly

We do not allow content that threatens violence against any person or group, encourages others to commit violence, or glorifies real-world acts of violence.

• No direct or implied threats to harm individuals or groups
• No calls for violence against public figures, communities, or organisations
• No content that celebrates or promotes terrorist acts or mass violence

Reaxly is a place to share your passion for film and TV. Targeted harassment, coordinated attacks, and personal abuse have no place here.

• No sustained targeted attacks on another user across multiple comments or threads
• No revealing or threatening to reveal someone's private information (doxxing)
• No encouraging others to harass a specific person
• No content designed to humiliate, intimidate, or demean an individual

Disagreeing with someone's taste in films is fine. Making it personal is not.

Content that dehumanises people on the basis of a protected characteristic is not permitted. This includes race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, and age.

• No slurs targeting protected groups
• No content that portrays a group as subhuman or inherently inferior
• No calls to discriminate against a group in real-world contexts
• No using coded language or dog-whistles as a workaround

Reaxly is not an adult content platform. Sexually explicit content, unsolicited sexual comments, and non-consensual intimate imagery are strictly prohibited.

• No sexually explicit text, links to explicit content, or sharing of NSFW material
• No unsolicited sexual comments directed at another user
• No sharing or threatening to share intimate images without consent

Authentic reactions are what make Reaxly valuable. Spam, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, and scams undermine that.

• No posting the same comment repeatedly or across many threads
• No phishing links, scam sites, or deceptive URLs
• No offering fake giveaways or prizes
• No artificially inflating karma or engagement metrics
• No impersonating Reaxly staff or moderators

Reaxly is time-synced by design, but reactions can be read before someone reaches that point in the film. We take spoilers seriously.

• Always use the spoiler flag when your comment reveals a significant plot point
• Do not post major plot reveals in comment threads for content released in the last 12 months without flagging
• Season finales and major twists should be treated as spoilers indefinitely

The spoiler flag hides your comment behind a tap — it doesn't restrict who can see it. When in doubt, flag it.

You may not create an account or post content that impersonates another person, brand, or organisation in a way intended to deceive.

• No usernames, avatars, or bios designed to mislead others into thinking you are a different person
• Parody and fan accounts are allowed if they are clearly labelled as such

We take the safety of our community seriously. Content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide is not permitted.

• No content that encourages, glorifies, or provides methods for self-harm or suicide
• No targeting someone with content designed to encourage self-harm

Violations of these guidelines are handled based on severity and context. Our moderation team may take any of the following actions:

• Comment removal — the comment is deleted and may be reviewed
• Warning — a note is issued to your account
• Content lock — commenting is disabled for a specific title
• Temporary suspension — account access is paused for a defined period
• Permanent ban — account is permanently deactivated for severe or repeated violations

Automated moderation may hold or remove comments immediately. If you believe an action was made in error, you can submit an appeal.
