How to Report

Report content that breaks our guidelines

If you see something on Reaxly that violates our Community Guidelines, please report it. Our team reviews every report.

Reporting a comment

Find the comment

Navigate to the film or TV show where the comment appears. Comments are shown in the reaction feed on the watch page.

Open the report menu

Hover over the comment (or tap it on mobile) to reveal the action icons. Select the flag icon to open the report dialog.

Choose a reason

Select the reason that best describes the violation:

  • Spam
  • Harassment
  • Hate speech
  • Spoiler (unmarked)
  • Other

Submit

Tap Submit. You will see a confirmation. Comments with multiple reports from different users are automatically flagged for mod review.

Reporting a profile

Go to the user's profile

Click or tap on a username to visit their public profile page.

Open the options menu

Tap the three-dot menu near the profile header.

Select Report

Choose the reason for reporting:
  • Spam
  • Harassment
  • Impersonation
  • Inappropriate content
  • Other

Submit

Confirm your report. Profile reports are reviewed by our moderation team, usually within 24 hours.

What happens after you report

Your report is logged

Every report is recorded and reviewed by our mod team. You won't receive an individual update on each report, but it is not ignored.

The comment may be hidden automatically

Comments that receive reports from 5 or more different users are automatically shadow-removed while they await review. They remain visible to the person who posted them.

Moderators review and take action

If the content violates our guidelines, moderators may remove it, warn the user, or suspend the account. If it doesn't, the report is dismissed.

Severe violations

Content involving credible threats, CSAM, or calls to violence is escalated immediately and may be reported to relevant authorities.
