Terms of Service

1. The service

Reaxly provides a platform for film and TV fans to post timestamp-synced reactions to content and discover what others felt at the same moments. We are currently in public beta. Features may change, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Reaxly.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not create accounts for others without their consent, or impersonate other people.
• One account per person.

3. Your content

You own the content you post on Reaxly. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute your content within the service. You can delete your content at any time from your profile or by deleting your account.

You must not post content that violates our Community Guidelines, including hate speech, harassment, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use Reaxly to harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorised to access.
• Scrape or automate the service without prior written consent.
• Post spam, misleading content, or coordinate inauthentic behaviour.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Moderation and account termination

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend and terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Significant actions will be communicated to you. You may appeal moderation decisions via our Appeals process.

6. Intellectual property

Reaxly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Reaxly and protected by copyright. Film and TV metadata displayed on Reaxly is provided by TMDB. We do not host or distribute film or TV content; Reaxly is a companion tool to be used alongside legal streaming services.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Reaxly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or emailing you. Continued use of Reaxly after changes constitutes acceptance.
